Job Description
We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes. This position offers competitive starting wages of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general warehouse cleaning to meet safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability to work independently or within a team environment.
