Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) in your daily performance.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback to management on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and security measures.
- Follow company guidelines for conducting inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and various equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
