Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive training to excel in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving operational goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and a drive for success.
• Effectively organize tasks and execute with efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
• Work in various temperatures and environmental conditions.
