Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide outstanding customer service.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure the store is organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
