Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level positions at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a vital role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, and successful candidates will start at a competitive wage of $23.75 per hour.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Contribute to process improvements and achieve budget goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Display conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
