Job Description
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employee. You will be responsible for receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse operates in ambient and temperature-controlled environments, offering a thorough training program for your success.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
- Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
- Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team.
- Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
- Independently inspect product quality and safety standards.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company procedures.
Job Qualifications
