Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.

  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
  • Follow company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality standards.


  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficiency in customer service, cash register operations, and equipment handling.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
