Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain store security
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
- Experience in retail preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
