Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with shopping, cashiering, and ensuring neat merchandise displays
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Monitor and report on inventory, participate in store inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
- Engage in general cleaning duties and maintain store standards
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Customer service and cash register operation experience
- Knowledge of operating equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
