Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality and safety.
- Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to collaborate and cooperate with the team.

- Drive for success and efficiency.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, and operate equipment.
