Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
