Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Receive and organize incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Move merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
- Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, and resilience.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
