Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
