Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 depending on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load/unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Interact effectively with colleagues and suppliers.
- Provide input for process improvement.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Capacity to lift items up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
