1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
