Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with warehouse team.
- Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
- Inspect product quality and report any issues promptly.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.
- Operate equipment safely following guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
