Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
- Perform tasks efficiently within company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
- Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
