Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
- Contribute ideas to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect product for quality and safety.
- Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
