Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Strategically organize and load merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect products for quality and safety.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
