1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay, for 30-35 hours per week during 1st Shift with a 7:00AM start time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for process improvements and budget goals.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Acts conscientiously and collaborates with the team.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organizes and executes with efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
