Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise following specified guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
- Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and carry items throughout the warehouse.
