Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30 to 35 hours per week at a starting wage of $20.00 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
- Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
- Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 45 pounds, movement of merchandise, and operation of industrial equipment.
- Ability to work in various temperature environments.
