Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
- Identify areas for process improvement and support warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
- Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and conscientiously.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Efficiency in organizing and executing tasks.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
