Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Associate for 1st Shift at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will engage in various duties and responsibilities to ensure the efficient flow of operations within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Interact effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
- Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team setting.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
