We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
