Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and energetic Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling and distribution of merchandise to our stores.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, efficiency, and adherence to ALDI competencies.
- Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varying temperatures and environments.
