Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in efficiently managing stock, preparing shipments, and contributing to the overall operational excellence of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise as per guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
- Conduct general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
- Inspect product quality and safety, escalating issues as needed.
- Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
