Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Organize merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload shipments, maintaining warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Make suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, a positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
