1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The selected candidate will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on the shift and schedule differential pay. As part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and communicating effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
