Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on guidelines and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and adapt to change.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
