Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
- Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
- Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
