Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Shift
1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning duties.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product for quality and safety.
- Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
- Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Work in varying temperatures.
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
