1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hardworking 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical movements.
