Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
- Inspect product quality and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
