Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
- Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
- Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk in varying temperatures.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
