Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and work efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
