Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse standards.
- Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
