Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate stock fulfillment, organization, and shipment preparation. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within a collaborative environment.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: 7:00 AM start time
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
- Inspect and report on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Basic arithmetic skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
