1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Currently Hiring For:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving and fulfilling orders efficiently.
• Merchandise handling and preparation for shipment.
• Inventory management and warehouse maintenance.
• Collaborating with team members and providing input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating equipment safely.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
