Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders from stores, ensuring proper stocking, organization, and shipment of merchandise. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, and a commitment to maintaining ALDI's high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and support budget goals.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
- Experience operating industrial equipment is a plus.
