Job Description
We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This position offers fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Organize merchandise strategically and prepare for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
- Contribute suggestions for process improvements to warehouse management.
- Inspect product quality and report any concerns to management.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment as needed.
