1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. You will work fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and support to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and a drive for success.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
