Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level employees at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for various duties within the warehouse, ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining a high standard of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills to support warehouse productivity.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
