Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 per year
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and modify daily work schedules considering warehouse needs.
- Coordinate job activities and tasks of direct reports on a daily basis.
- Oversee the daily receiving and shipping of products.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
- Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance.
- Lead, plan, and facilitate regularly scheduled Warehouse Associate meetings.
- Train and develop direct reports to achieve their maximum professional potential.
- Supervise warehouse teams to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive for success.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and ability to recommend and apply policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage teams effectively.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
- Continuously standing; frequently required to lift, bend, carry, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Frequently required to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
