Job Description - 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $22.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 8:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocates merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, unloads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs warehouse cleaning and inventory counts.
• Cooperates with team and suppliers, provides input for process improvement.
• Inspects product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Independently performs tasks, assists in achieving goals.
• Follows safety guidelines and ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, etc.
• Work in varying temperatures, operate equipment.
