1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Education and Experience

• Operate powered industrial equipment
