Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a key player in our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, shipping preparation, and maintaining warehouse standards. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement for employment is 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical stamina for lifting, moving, and operating equipment.
