Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive pay starting at up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, with schedules tailored to fit different preferences.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Provide feedback for process improvement and assist in meeting budget goals.
- Operate equipment safely and report any product quality or safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
