Job Description

Join the team at ALDI as a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler and play a vital role in our warehouse operations. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership for seamless operations.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wed-Sun
• Schedule A2: Fri-Tue
• Schedule B: Sat-Sun Rotating
• Schedule C: Sat-Sun Every Other Weekend
• Schedule D: Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
