Job Description
We are hiring Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to warehouse inventory counts. If you are a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team, we want you to join us.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
- Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participate in-taking warehouse inventory counts.
- Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input to improve processes.
- Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
- Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry items.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
